8th Annual Empty Bowls art auction fundraiser

Join us on Thursday, April 8th from 6:00 to 9:00 pm at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in LIttle Rock for the Arkansas Foodbank Network's 8th Annual Empty Bowls art auction fundraiser! You'll have the chance to bid on fabulous art by Arkansas artists in live in silent auctions.  Flavorful libations will be provided by Glazer's, and some of central Arkansas' finest dining establishments, including Boudreaux's, Capriccio Grill, Catering To You, Trio's and Lilly's Dim Sum, Then Some will provide delightful culinary creations. Proceeds from Empty Bowls will benefit hungry Arkansans through the Arkansas Foodbank Network.

Stamp Out Hunger! the National Association of Letter Carriers Food Drive

Every year on the second Saturday in the May, the National Association of Letter Carriers holds its annual "Stamp Out Hunger!" food drive.  On May 8th, simply place non-perishable food items where your letter carrier leaves your mail.  Your items will be collected and brought to your local food bank.  All donations collected in central Arkansas will benefit hungry Arkansans through the Arkansas Foodbank Network.  If you are interested in helping sort food at the Arkansas Foodbank Network on the evening of the "Stamp Out Hunger!" food drive, contact Kisha Bumpers at (501) 565-8121, ext. 23 or kbumpers@arkansasfoodbank.org.
