Create a food or hunger theme
Set your goals and plan logistics
Determine the timeline.

Obtain a sturdy collection of bins and establish drop off locations (copy-paper boxes work well).
Label boxes with food drive information.
Promote the event — company emails, newsletter, posters, etc.
Send bags home for employees to fill up.
Share hunger statistics with participants.
Organize a group of volunteers to deliver the donations and tour the Foodbank.

Contact the Foodbank before the drive ends to discuss options
We will send you a receipt for the total pounds collected
Make sure you share or publicize your results
